Stuffed Bell Pepper

 


Ingredients:
Sweet Italian Pork Sausage (16 ounces)
Hothouse tomatoes (4)
Sweet onion (1/2)
4 Bell Peppers
Olive Oil (1/2 tsp)
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Brown pork sausage until well cooked. Drain fat and set aside in a bowl.
Dice your onion and tomatoes.
Heat up your skillet and and add olive oil. 
Put tablespoon of garlic in the pan and then pour in onion and tomatoes. 
Stir until onions and tomatoes are soft.
Mix in your sausage and simmer for 10 minutes.

Spray bottom of baking pan with olive oil.
Cut bell peppers in half and remove all the seeds from the inside and place on the baking pan.
Stuff the bell peppers with the sausage, onion and tomato mixture.

Bake at 375 for about an hour.
