I love to fuel my morning with a refreshing and healthy strawberry banana orange smoothie. It's so easy to make and is a great way to start the day.
Ingredients:
- Almond milk
- Frozen strawberries
- Banana
- Frozen orange concentrate
Directions:
- Add about 16 ounces of almond milk to your blender
- Add a generous handful of frozen strawberries
- Add a banana
- Add 1 tablespoon of frozen orange juice concentrate. Cover the package and keep in the freezer to use for your week's smoothies.
- Cover the blender, select the smoothie setting and blend for about 30 seconds.
I hope you enjoy this smoothie. If you take any powdered supplements you add to your smoothie as well. I enjoy this smoothie both on the road while traveling in our RV or when we are staying at home base.
