Overall I'm really good about healthy eating. But ... I'm not always good with measuring and calorie counting.
Today I thought that I would take a step towards changing that. So I'm going to try my best to measure ingredients and add calories.
For lunch I prepared a delicious Tuna Pasta salad. I carefully measured everything and calculated calories for each of the ingredients. This is a very satisfying dish with a low calorie count.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Signature brand gluten free elbow pasta
- 1 5 oz canned tuna in water
- 10 green olives sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp Wish Bone lemon herb vinaigrette dressing
- 1/8 tsp salt
2 servings

15 minute prep time
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed evenly. Transfer into a sealed container and place in fridge to chill for an hour. When you are ready serve and enjoy.
